New Client Policy

Our attorneys are happy to meet with any prospective client to explore a potential attorney/client relationship.  If an attorney/client relationship is formed it will be memorialized by a representation letter.  Our policy is that we are not engaged by new clients by telephone or e-mail.  The use of the Internet for communications with the firm will not result in an attorney/client relationship.  Messages containing time-sensitive or confidential communications should not be sent, nor should you send specific questions or statements regarding your matter unless you are an existing client.  Our office does not give advice on any legal matter except to existing clients or as part of paid consultations.
