Samuel J. Trueblood, Esq.

Mr. Trueblood has practiced law for more than 45 years, and now concentrates exclusively on the planning and administration of estates, trusts and guardianships, including related litigation. Preparation of Wills is part of this practice. A graduate of the Duke University School of Law, he commenced practice in Pennsylvania in 1975 after prior experience with a large Wall Street law firm and a period of teaching law. For many years he has regularly appeared in all counties of Southeastern Pennsylvania in Orphans’ Court, the Court with jurisdiction over estates, trusts and guardianships. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County bar associations, having chaired committees of both organizations. Mr. Trueblood spends one day a week in the firm’s Chester County office.
